1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By using the Service you confirm that you are physically able to exercise and have consulted a doctor if you have any medical condition.

2. Not medical advice

GymForge provides general fitness information and automatically generated training plans. It is not medical advice and does not replace a qualified professional. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not copy, resell, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service or its content.
• Do not upload unlawful, abusive or infringing content, including in groups and leaderboards.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the Service.

5. Content and licence

The Service, including exercise videos, plans, text and design, is owned by GymForge Labs or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own training. You keep ownership of content you upload and grant us a licence to store and display it to operate the Service.

6. Subscriptions

Premium features require a paid subscription governed by the Premium Subscription Terms.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for injury arising from exercise performed using the Service. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
