Premium Subscription Terms

1. Plans and pricing

• Annual: 7-day free trial, then $59.99 per year (equivalent to $5.00/month), billed annually.
• Monthly: $19.99 per month.
• Lifetime: one-time payment of $119.99, no renewal.

Prices are shown in USD and may vary by country and store. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.

2. Free trial

New subscribers to the annual plan receive a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically and you are charged the annual price. One trial per person.

3. Automatic renewal

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.

4. Cancellation

Cancel anytime. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are managed in your store account settings. Website purchases can be cancelled from Settings → Subscription or by emailing support@gymforge.example. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

5. Refunds

Store purchases are subject to the refund policies of Apple and Google. For website purchases, contact us within 14 days of a charge if you believe it was made in error.

6. What Premium includes

Personalized adaptive plans, the full exercise video library, workout logging with smart weight suggestions, progress tracking, achievements, leaderboards and groups. Feature availability may change over time.

7. Changes to pricing

We will give at least 30 days' notice before a price increase takes effect on your next renewal.
