Built around you
Your plan, not a template
Generic programs ignore your schedule, your equipment and how you actually performed last week. Yours doesn't.
Personalized from day one
Your goal, schedule, gym setup and experience decide every exercise, weight and rep range before your first session.
Adapts as you progress
Hit your reps and next week gets heavier. Miss them and the plan holds or eases off. No spreadsheets, no guessing.
Flexible for when life gets busy
Swap an exercise, shorten a session or skip a day. The plan re-sequences so you never lose your place.

Reviews
What progress looks like with GymForge
“Finally a plan I actually follow”
Sample review: I used to wander around the gym doing random exercises. Having every set and weight laid out for me removed the guesswork and I have trained three times a week for two months straight.
“The auto weight progression is the killer feature”
Sample review: when I hit all my reps the app bumps the weight the next week. My bench went from 60 kg to 75 kg in one block without me thinking about programming at all.
“Great for a home gym”
Sample review: I only have dumbbells and a pull-up bar. The plan only uses what I have and the swap feature shows what I can do instead if something is missing.
“Easy to use during the workout”
Sample review: the rest timer, the set logging and the next-exercise preview mean I never touch my phone for more than a few seconds between sets.
“Progress tracking keeps me motivated”
Sample review: seeing total weight lifted go up every week and the muscle map after each session is oddly addictive. The measurements chart is a nice bonus.

The GymForge method
Built by real trainers, not algorithms.
The rules behind every plan are the ones good coaches have used for decades. The app just applies them consistently, every session.
Progressive overload drives adaptation
Muscles grow when the demand keeps rising. Every plan raises weight or reps in small, sustainable steps.
GymForge applies a simple rule set after every session: hit the top of your rep range on all sets and the next session gets heavier; fall below the range and the weight eases off. Increments are small (2.5 kg upper, 5 kg lower) so progress can continue for months instead of weeks.
Frequency and volume are calibrated, not random
Each muscle is trained about twice a week with 10–20 hard sets, the range the evidence supports.
Splits are chosen from your available days: full body at 1–3 days, upper / lower at 4, push / pull / legs at 5–6. Volume is then distributed so no muscle is over- or under-trained, and your focus area gets a little extra.
Proximity to failure determines stimulus quality
The last few reps before failure do most of the work. Plans target 1–3 reps in reserve, not exhaustion.
Each week of a block nudges you closer to failure: RIR 3 in week one, RIR 2 in the middle, RIR 1 in the peak week. That keeps every set productive while managing fatigue so you can train again in a few days.
Recovery is a built-in variable
Every fifth week is a deload. Sets drop, weights ease, and you come back stronger.
Fatigue masks fitness. A planned lighter week lets it clear so the strength you built shows up. Rest timers, reminder days and your other activities are all factored into the weekly schedule.
Yes. GymForge tells you exactly which exercise, how many sets and reps, what weight to load and how long to rest. You open today's workout and follow it top to bottom. Every exercise has a video and written cues.
Every movement in the library has a demonstration video, step-by-step instructions and a muscle map showing what you should feel. If a machine is not available or feels wrong, tap swap and pick an alternative for the same muscle.
Consistency comes from removing friction. Your plan is decided in advance, reminders land on your training days, and streaks and achievements reward showing up. If you miss a week, you simply pick up at the next day rather than starting over.
Nothing breaks. The plan keeps your place and re-sequences the remaining days. If you have been away for a while, weights are eased back so your first session back is comfortable, not punishing.
Most self-written programs stall because progression is inconsistent. The app logs every set, suggests the next weight, tracks your PRs and schedules deloads automatically. You keep making decisions about what to train; it handles the maths.
Three things: structured progressive overload, calibrated volume for each muscle, and planned recovery. Add exercise graphs and PR tracking on top, and you can see strength go up week by week instead of guessing.
